Windows ServerLicense180 daysPowerShellServer
Problem
When your Windows Server expires after 180 days (trial), it shuts down automatically. You can reset the license with a single command.
Solution: Reset license
Open Windows PowerShell as Administrator on your server.
Run the following command:
slmgr -rearmRestart the server. The license will be valid again and the server will no longer stop automatically.
- Note: This can be done up to 3 times. After that you need a new Windows Server license.
