TCO contact point (authorities)

Purpose of this contact point

This point is solely for receiving removal orders and other official correspondence under the TCO Regulation. It is not for general enquiries, other complaints or DSA notices.

Use

• Submit removal orders under TCO Art. 3
• Coordinate cross-border orders under TCO Art. 4
• Clarify questions on orders already submitted

Submission

Orders are preferably received electronically via the form on this page or at [email protected] and should follow the forms in Annex I of the TCO Regulation. Authentication of the issuing body is required; we confirm receipt without delay.

Handling

We remove or disable access to the specified content throughout the Union within one hour of receiving the order (TCO Art. 3(3)). In exceptional circumstances under Art. 3(7) we inform the issuing authority without delay.

Remedies

Providers and content providers have a right to an effective remedy under TCO Art. 9. We inform affected users of the order unless instructed otherwise.
