Dear parents, we understand your concerns when your child is active online. Here is how our prepaid system keeps costs predictable and transparent.

Clear control over spending
Your child wants to use a MagicHosting product and you worry about hidden fees or automatic charges? Here is how it works:

Top up credit
Conveniently via PayPal, paysafecard or credit card – only for the amount you choose.

Only for booked services
Credit is used exclusively for actively booked products.

No negative balance
If a service expires and there is no credit left, it is deactivated. There is no automatic renewal from the prepaid system.

- No subscription: the contract ends after the paid term. Automatic renewal only happens if it is switched on in the customer area – and only from existing credit
